1. Emerald sourced and arranged $7,000,000 in acquisition and construction financing for a distrssed residential development in a NW suburb of Chicago.  This transaction occurred in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
2. Emerald arranged an equity investment from a private investor into a distressed Student Housing project in the Midwest for one of its clients.  This transaction occured in the 3rd quarter of 2010.
3. Emerald arranged a mezzanine loan from an institutional mezz/equity fund, to restructure a multifamily property owned by one of its clients.  This transaction occured in the 3rd quarter of 2010.
